For those who would like to take advantage of this payment option, please be advised of the following:
Debit/Credit Card* – pay your quarterly bill with all major credit cards. Please note, there is a 2.95 percent service fee.
Electronic/ACH* – pay your quarterly bill via electronic check. Please note, there is a $1.95 service fee.
* Please Note: New York State law mandates that Roslyn Water District receives no portion of the service fee. The fee is retained by the payment processing vendor that enables the transaction. The fee schedule is in accordance with the credit card companies and transaction clearing house established rates.

All water rents shall be paid to the Roslyn Water District, at its office. (10%) Ten Percent penalty charge will be added to all water bills which remain unpaid by the due date. All bills are due and payable upon receipt. Owners of premises whereon water is used will be held responsible for the water rents of their tenants, and unpaid water rent shall be a lien upon the property.
Establishment of Water Rate and Rents NOTICE: Overdue water bill as of June 30 will be entered on property tax bill and become a lien against property. Previous balance cannot be accepted after that date.
Water rents, rates and charges are established by the Roslyn Water District, and are posted in the District Office.
No bill will be rendered or payment accepted for less than the minimum charge for each month or quarter. The minimum charge is based on the size of the meter installed. The monthly or quarterly allowance of water for minimum charge is posted in the District Office. If more than the minimum is used, the consumer shall pay the established rate as posted at the District Office.
